插班生事宜

招收班級：

本校將視乎各級學額空缺情況，招收小一至小五插班生

報名日期：

每年11月、3月及6月

辦公時間：

星期一至五　上午九時至下午四時

報名須知：

家長可自行下載 插班生入學申請表(PDF)，填妥並親自連同下列各項文件交回學校：

1. 考生香港出生證明書副本

    (如考生沒有香港出生證明書，請交獲准在本港居留的文件副本 )

2. 考生上年及本年度成績表副本

3. 家長或監護人身份證明文件副本

注意事項：

1.  遞交申請表及經初步篩選後，本校將稍後以電話通知安排筆試，故家長無須致電本校查詢申請結果

2.  筆試時，學生須自備文具

3.  筆試時限為一小時三十分鐘，如筆試成績理想，本校會以電話通知有關面試安排

4.  進行面試後，最後被取錄之考生會收到本校電話通知

Classes Admitted：

The school will admit transfer students from Primary One to Primary Five, subject to the availability of vacancies at each level.

Application Period：

Applications are accepted in November, March, and June each year.

Office Hours：

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Application Guidelines：

Parents may download the Transfer Student Admission Application Form (PDF) themselves, complete it, and return it in person to the school together with the following documents：

1. A copy of the candidate's Hong Kong Birth Certificate

    (if the candidate does not possess a Hong Kong Birth Certificate, please submit a copy of documentation authorising residence in Hong Kong)

2. Copies of the candidate's academic reports for the previous year and the current year

3. A copy of the parent's or guardian's identity document

Notes：

1.  Following submission of the application form and initial screening, the school will subsequently notify applicants by telephone regarding written test arrangements. Parents are therefore kindly asked to refrain from contacting the school to enquire about application results

2.  Students must bring their own stationery to the written test

3.  The written test lasts for one hour and thirty minutes. Should test results be satisfactory, the school will notify applicants by telephone regarding interview arrangements.

4.  Following interviews, successful candidates will receive notification by telephone from the school.
