校舍介紹 School Facilities

新校舍設備完善，有30個課室及多個特別室，包括中央圖書館、電腦室、語言室、多媒體學習室、音樂室、圖書室、禮堂、操場、家教會資源室、輔導室、天台小花園、常識室、藝術及工藝室、創科天地STEAM Room等，分佈於七層校舍。

The new school building has seven floors and is well-equipped with 30 classrooms and multiple special rooms, including; a central library, computer room, language room, multimedia learning room, music room, library, hall, playground, parent-teacher association resource room, counseling room, rooftop garden, general studies room, art and crafts room, and STEAM Room.

太古小學校舍位於英皇道的新校舍，樓高七層，設備完善，設計新穎，配合環保及科技教學為主題。

善用天然光 

各樓走廊以開放式設計，可讓充足陽光照射入校舍，亦可保持空氣流通。外牆部份建有伸展翼，可遮擋猛烈陽光直接照射，減低室溫。

音樂鐘聲
新校舍接近民居，考慮到學校傳統的課堂鐘聲可能會構成噪音擾民的問題，故學校將改用音樂鐘聲代替。

Musical School Bell

The new school building is close to residential areas. Considering that the traditional classroom bell sound may cause noise disturbance to the residents, the school has decided to replace it with a musical school bell.

綠化校園計劃
本校每年均舉辦綠化校園活動，在走廊設置花槽，擺放盆栽，由每班的環保大使負責淋花，培養學生對種植的興趣，推廣綠化校園文化。

Greening School Scheme

Our school organizes a campus greening activity every year. We set up flower beds in the corridors and place potted plants. The environmental ambassadors from each class are responsible for watering the flowers, cultivating students' interest in gardening, and promoting a culture of greening the campus.
