12 of our P.5 students stepped out of their classroom and spent an incredible time at EAST Hong Kong .
Guided by experienced hotel chefs , our students rolled up their sleeves and learned how to make mouth-watering Oreo cheesecakes ! The smiles and excitement in the room while they were making the cakes were truly contagious !
The students also enjoyed a valuable masterclass in table manners .They learned all the etiquette secrets for dining correctly and confidently at fine restaurants.
The students had an absolutely fantastic time blending culinary skills, fine dining etiquette, and language practice !They returned to school with amazing memories, elevated confidence, and some delicious cakes.
