校長的話 Principal's Message
親愛的家長:
聯合國經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）於2018年發表報告提出了*「OECD 2030教育學習框架」，當中指出將來的學科知識，除專科外，還應有跨學科知識；技術除了傳統的認知外，也應有社交、情緒控制，應用等技術；態度除個人外，也應關注地區、社會、以至全球。
在未來的日子，我會與一群熱愛教育、熱愛孩子的教學團隊創建教育路，推動以學生強項為本的教學，協助學生發揮所長及照顧他們的多樣性；提升學生的抗逆力及身心健康，讓他們樂於學習、敢於面對挑戰，從而達至全人發展，邁向豐盛有意義的正向人生。此外，透過不同創新學與教活動，走出課室，連繫社區，裝備學生21世紀的共通能力，加強他們的公民意識，以迎接未來的挑戰。
太古小學的家長及教學團隊都是孩子們成長路上的重要夥伴，讓我們攜手合作，同心協力為孩子創造健康和愉快的成長環境。

Dear Parents,
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) released the "OECD 2030 Education Learning Framework" in 2018, which highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge in addition to specialized subject knowledge, as well as the need for a broader range of skills, including social and emotional control, and applied skills. Attitudes should also extend beyond the individual to encompass local, societal, and global perspectives.
In the days to come, I will work with a team of dedicated educators who share a passion for education and love for children to create an educational path that focuses on students' strengths. We will assist students in maximizing their potential and embracing their diversity. Our goal is to enhance their resilience and well-being, foster a love for learning, and cultivate the courage to face challenges. Through these efforts, we aim to facilitate holistic development and guide them towards a meaningful and fulfilling life.
In addition, we will engage in innovative learning and teaching activities, going beyond the confines of the classroom to connect with the community. We will equip students with 21st-century skills and strengthen their civic awareness, enabling them to embrace the challenges of the future.
Parents and the teaching team at Taikoo Primary School are vital partners in our children's journey of growth. Let us join hands and work together to create a healthy and joyful environment for their development.
