太古地產總裁 Mr. Tim Blackburn及太太Mrs. Susie Blackburn、太古地產代表Mr. Don Taylor、Mr. Patrick Ho 及 Mr. Guy Moore、太古歷史檔案中心代表Mr. Rob Jennings 、Future Hope 創辦人Mr. Tim Grandage、校監陳婷婷女士及太古基金代表於4 月2日(星期三)到訪學校。葉校長及鄧副校長先向嘉賓作學校簡介,然後由學生大使帶領嘉賓到不同地方參觀,以了解學生的多元學習經歷。
NET teacher, Mr.Clark向嘉賓介紹太古基金、National Geographic與英文科合作的跨學科海洋保育校本課程,並參加四年級的英文課堂,與學生一同上課及學習。
最後由Future Hope 創辦人Mr. Tim Grandage 與學生分享及交流他的慈善及教育工作。
On 2 April 2025, Mr. Tim Blackburn, CEO of Swire Properties, his wife Mrs. Susie Blackburn, and the representatives from Swire Properties, including Mr. Don Taylor, Mr. Patrick Ho and Mr. Guy Moore visited our school. Accompanying them were Mr. Rob Jennings from Swire Archive, the founder of Future Hope, Mr. Tim Grandage, the School Supervisor, Ms. Tina Chan, and the representatives from Swire Trust. What a team!
The day kicked off with Principal Ip and Vice Principal Tang giving the guests a warm introduction to the school. Then, the English ambassadors took over and led a fun guided tour. The guests explored so many cool spots, it was a fantastic way to showcase the students’ diverse learning experiences!
Our awesome NET teacher Mr. Clark introduced the school-based cross-curricular ocean conservation curriculum , which was created in partnership with Swire Trust, National Geographic and the English Language Department. The guests even got to sit in on an English class taught by Ms. Leung Man Ying . How cool is that?
Mr. Tim Grandage, the founder of Future Hope, shared his inspiring journey and had meaningful discussions with the students.
